Before you book, please be aware of the following!:

All bookings must provide valid identification along with email confirmation of booking.

We operate a challenge 25 policy, so please bring valid ID or you may not be permitted entry into the venue.

We are an entertainment venue with a table golf course , batting cages and curling lanes. Whilst we do have a smart / casual dress code permitting smart tracksuits and trainers, the management reserve the right to refuse entry to those deemed inappropriately dressed at their discretion.

For health and safety reasons, stiletto heeled shoes are not to be worn inside the batting cages or on the curling lanes when retrieving the stones.

Play will be refused to individuals failing to adhere to this. Your safety is our priority.

The Floodgate is predominantly an adult only venue, with u18's allowed on Sundays until 7pm and occasional weekday school holidays excluding Fridays & Saturdays. We recommend our activities are played by those aged 8 and over. Whilst we advise that younger guests can spectate on Sundays until 7pm, they must be supervised at all times. The management reserve the right to ask those they feel are not adequately supervised to leave the premises. Always contact the venue if you are not sure of the rules prior to booking.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry and/or alcohol to ill mannered and intoxicated guests. Our staff have the right to work in a safe environment at all times.

We operate a minimum 48 hour reschedule policy to make any booking amendments. Reschedule requests are valid for up to 12 months at the companies discretion. Please contact bookings@thefloodgate.co.uk or call 01212272255 to discuss. Please note we do not offer refunds.
