What information do we store?

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Where you heard about us
  • When you last booked with us
  • How many times have you been visit us

We may collect additional information such as:

  • Preferences and interests
  • Information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
  • News letter preference

1. (b) When applying for a job with us we keep the following for internal use only:

  • Personal contact details
  • CV
  • Application forms

How and why we store this information

We collect all booking data via our partner Appointedd (www.appointedd.com), a fully GDPR compliant provider.

We use this data to manage your booking, such as confirmation, reminders, cancellations and follow-ups.

When you sign up for our newsletter, then your email address and your newsletter preference are stored with Mail Chimp.

Mail Chimp is a newsletter provider that we use to keep you up to date with The Floodgate news.

We may also send you promotions from time to time. You can opt out at any time.

Payments

We do not store your payment card information. All in store and online payments are processed securely by our payment service provider Square (www.squareup.com). Square is a PCI DSS compliant payment service provider.

We are committed to storing your information securely. We have put in place robust internal procedures to ensure your data us safe with us. Our website is also fully SSL enabled for your protection.
